Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health is a small, Indigenous run and owned business. Though our team is small, it is mighty. We have plenty of behind the scenes helpers who assist in achieving our goals.

Nikita - Clinic Director & Speech Pathologist

Nikita is the owner and founder of Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health. She is also the Speech Pathologist, Feeding Therapist, and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. 

Nikita is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaurah Nation. 

Nikita has worked in varying roles including in community health, hospital/acute care settings, and private practice. Her favourite practice areas include feeding therapy, swallowing disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, literacy, AAC, and early language.

Outside of Eat. Speak. Repeat., Nikita works in Indigenous Health as a Speech Pathologist on Wonnarua/Wanaruah country. 

Nikita has two dogs whom she adores and enjoys spending time with her family and friends over a sunset picnic and cheese platters.

Karen - Clinical Manager

Karen is our Clinical Manager and works casually at Eat. Speak. Repeat. Allied Health. 

Karen is an Indigenous Australian from the Wonnarua/Wanaruah Nation. 

Karen has worked in similar roles for the past 20+ years within the allied health industry. 

Outside of Eat. Speak. Repeat., Karen enjoys keeping active by playing tennis, going for walks, or heading to the gym, as well as spending time with her family.

Nicole - Speech Pathologist

Nicole is a Speech Pathologist and Feeding Therapist who began her role with Eat. Speak. Repeat. in January 2022.

Nicole graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Honours, in 2021. 

Nicole  chose to study speech pathology as she has an interest in health and science, but also enjoys being creative.   


Throughout her four years of study, Nicole has gained experience in a range of practice areas and has completed placements in hospitals, schools, and private practice. In her final year of study, Nicole began to learn more about paediatric feeding and has since completed further training in that area. 


In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and cooking.

Emily - Speech Pathologist

Emily is a Speech Pathologist who began her role at Eat. Speak. Repeat. in March 2022. She is also a feeding therapist in training and is beginning to explore feeding therapy more with her clients. 

Emily graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2011.

Emily comes to Eat. Speak. Repeat. with over 10 years of experience in the Speech Pathology world, and has a passion for neurodiverse-affirming practice.

In her spare time, you'll find Emily keeping busy with her 3 young children, and illustrating and writing children's books.


  • Lidcombe Program

Ashlee - Administration

Ashlee began her role in administration at Eat. Speak. Repeat. in July 2022. 

Ashlee is studying a Bachelor of Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Newcastle and hopes to one day work in paediatrics or mental health. 

In her spare time, you will find Ashlee singing, going for walks, and cooking.
